Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using ai-jobz.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ai-jobz.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
• Scrape or systematically collect data from the Platform without permission
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Harass, spam, or abuse other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

3. Job Listings & Employer Responsibilities

Employers who post job listings are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of their listings. ai-jobz.com does not verify the legitimacy of job listings and makes no guarantees regarding hiring outcomes, application volume, or candidate quality. We are a distribution channel, not a recruiting agency.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Job Listings

Paid job listings start at $99 per posting. Optional add-ons — including company logo, highlight placement, sticky placement, and email digest inclusion — are available at additional cost. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may change between platform phases.

Job Seeker Pro Subscription

Job Seeker Pro is billed at $7.99 per 2-week period and renews automatically every 14 days. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal, and access continues until the end of the current period.

Refund Policy

All payments are final. No refunds will be issued.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Partial billing periods
• Unused services or features
• Dissatisfaction with results, traffic, or candidate quality

Exception: If you were charged in error (for example, due to a duplicate charge), contact us at hello@ai-jobz.com within 7 days of the charge. We will review the issue on a case-by-case basis. Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms are not eligible for refunds.

Subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing cycle when canceled.

Payments are processed via our third-party payment provider.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Job listings are accurate, current, or complete
• Use of the Platform will result in employment or successful hiring

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ai-jobz.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content — including design, code, text, logos, and graphics — is the property of ai-jobz.com unless otherwise noted. Job listing content remains the property of the respective employer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms. Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the Platform or by email at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
