3. Profile Visibility & Recruiter Access

Job seeker profiles on ai-jobz.com are partially public by design. When you create a profile, certain information — such as your name, job title, skills, and location — may be visible to employers and recruiters who use the Platform.

You control what is shared. Your profile settings let you choose which fields are visible to employers. For example:

• If you disable CV visibility, your CV will not be shown to any employer, including those with Candidate Database Access.
• Fields you mark as private are never exposed to recruiters, regardless of their subscription tier.

Employers and recruiters using the Platform may be able to discover your profile and reach out through our messaging features. You remain in control of what they see — only the fields you have made visible will appear to them. Your email address is never shared directly with employers.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data Sharing

We share your information only with service providers necessary to operate the Platform, including hosting providers, email delivery services, and payment processors. These providers are contractually bound to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.

We do not share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for their own marketing purposes.
